Career Day

No, we didn’t have a Career Day at my school. My housemate Charlie and I had one for ourselves after school one night at one of the very few restaurants that doesn’t serve mee goreng (fried noodles) nor nasi lemak (coconut-fat rice) as their “specialty.”

Despite ridiculous April Fools’ Day rumours of me becoming a Hong Kong TV star, as of now I’ll be jobless once my Fulbright grant ends in November. Which leaves one month to ensure that my headshot is as glamourous as ever.

Obviously Career Day isn’t Career Day without suiting up on top and green/white seersuckers and flip flops on the bottom (not pictured). Charlie went all out with jeans.

For the several thousand edutech organisations and startups loyally following my blog, feel free to shoot me an email or schedule an appointment.

This blog post was so inspirational. Makes me want to put on a pantsuit and head to Raub’s Secret Recipe.
